Italiacamp’s 2024 Integrated Report approved: growth, impact, and sustainable development
The economic impact generated in 2024 is 17.9 million euros

On Wednesday, July 9, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Italiacamp srl convened. Representatives from Associazione Italiacamp, Poste Italiane, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Invitalia, TIM, RCS MediaGroup, and UnipolSai approved the 2024 Integrated Report.
Vision, Impact, and Sustainability
2024 was a year of strategic consolidation and opening towards new international scenarios, marking a significant evolution in Italiacamp’s trajectory. This strenghtened the organization’s ability to connect territories, businesses, and communities within an integrated value system. A new balance between local dimension and global vision, and between economic action and social impact, has been established, consistent with Italiacamp’s identity as an ecosystem of social innovation and sustainable development.
Specifically, in 2024, two strategic projects for Italiacamp advanced: in Rome, work continued on L’Opificio Italiacamp, dedicated to urban regeneration, while the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy strengthened its role in supporting the internationalization of Italian businesses. These are two distinct but complementary poles that shape Italiacamp’s visione between local and global.
“Connecting The Dots” is not only the name of the strategy that will guide Italiacamp until 2025, but represents a true way of acting: an approach that combines systemic vision and targeted intervention capabilities to effectively address the complex challenges of markets and communities. This method stems from the awareness that value does not reside in a single point, but in the ability to connect people, projects, places and skills.
Today, “Connecting The Dots” is enriched with a new vision that integrates places and ideas, cultures and markets, strategies and relationships. It is in these spaces – real and symbolic – that our impact manifests: every relationship activated, every project launched, every space inhabited becomes part of a living system capable of transforming visions into experiences and experiences into real change.
The 2024 Integrated Report
Italiacamp’s 2024 Integrated Report continues the integrated reporting journey which, combined with impact assessment, allows for the measurement of value generated for stakeholders, communities, and people. This fourth edition, along with the previous ones, also enables the comparability of sustainability information and a long-term analysis of impacts and changes over time, telling the story of an organization that continues to increase its own value and that of the community in which it operates.
The Italiacamp Integrated Report combines the Financial Statements and the Report on Operations, which are complemented by sustainability reporting information. This is in line with the GRI Standard – Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Standards, and also includes the evaluation of generated socio-economic impacts. This provides an overall economic value generated for the community and its stakeholders, allowing for an analysis of the benefits distributed among different stakeholder categories.
The document is prepared on a voluntary basis following the Integrated Reporting Framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) guidelines. Its objective and commitment is to measure and evaluate ESG topics, maintaining a comprehensive view of the organization’s entire Value Chain, starting from resources invested to value generated. This commitment aligns with the organization’s decision to join the United Nations Global Compact, a worldwide corporate sustainability network that aims to adopt practices in line with universal principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. Italiacamp confirms its active contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030 in promoting responsible, inclusive, and positive impact-oriented networks.
The Generated Value
The Integrated Report certifies a value of production of 7,267,613 euros for 2024 (a 31% increase compared to 2023) with an EBITDA margin of 7%. Thanks to the activities carried out in 2024, Italiacamp has generated economic value for its stakeholders and produced value for the reference ecosystem, activating a multiplier effect and generating a direct, indirect and induced economic impact amounting to 17.9 million euros, a 31% increase compared to the previous year.
If we consider the ratio between the economic impact generated and the value of shareholders’ investments, it is possible to state that for every euro invested in Italiacamp, the organization generated 17 euros of economic impact for the reference ecosystem in 2024.
Relational capital represents a strategic asset for Italiacamp for the development of activities carried out by all operational areas of the organization. The network of stakeholders with and for whom Italiacamp builds its value projects currently consists of over 350 entities and professionals.
Italiacamp’s commitment to promoting training and dissemination on impact topics continues, with the goal of training individuals and organizations capable of generating change by promoting the development of individual and organizational knowledge and skills. With this objective, in 2024, Italiacamp was involved in training programs totaling over 500 hours dedicated to disseminating impact economy topics in corporate and university contexts.
