Empowerment & Education
Empowerment for impact
Italiacamp is a design and educational partner of companies, schools, universities and organisations that decide to invest in paths that enable them to understand and manage the challenge of change and innovation by acting on
- Individual empowerment through the development of new skills and attitudes;
- Orientation for a better understanding of one’s professional or study preferences;
- Employability resulting from new skills acquired and demanded by the market.
The aim is to inspire individuals, communities and organisations to develop competences for the future, to well-being and know-how, generating a positive impact.
Empowerment per aziende
Workshop & (non)conferences
The unconventional methodologies of education and empowerment are applied to the development of organisational and corporate culture, as a major key to the growth of the organisation and a welfare tool, with experiential paths of work and managerial training that
can be developed in different formats.
We facilitate the adoption of a new approach to the way in which work activities can be interpreted, driven by the awareness of the positive impact each organisation can generate in the relationship with its stakeholders.
We encourage discussion and sharing of good practices on organisational and social issues such as innovation, transformation and resilience, generation gap, sustainability, inclusion and impact communities.
Diversity Innovation Meetings
These meetings allow organisations to learn about experiences and good innovative practices in the field of Diversity & Inclusion by meeting start-ups, third-sector organisations, institutions and companies offering outstanding experiences to share.
A methodology designed to create opportunities for contamination between the company’s objectives of innovation and awareness-raising and subjects whose activities generate value for the community.
The meetings aim to find answers to specific company challenges and create connections with stakeholders and the best realities and innovations in the sector. The topics include: generational confrontation, gender issues, inclusiveness.
