Ethics and Values

Model 231

Italiacamp has adopted its own Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Model 231) to strengthen its governance and ensure regulatory compliance, integrating ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles and the Sustainable Development Goals into its strategic policies.

Italiacamp's Model 231 includes a General Section, which provides a concise overview of Legislative Decree 231/2001, a description of the sanctioning and disciplinary system, as well as the communication, information, and training system. It also features a Special Section that identifies "sensitive" areas and behavioral protocols. This model aims to prevent corporate crimes while promoting business ethics, responsibility, and transparency.

Additionally, the Board of Directors has appointed a single-member Supervisory Body responsible for overseeing the implementation and compliance of Model 231, as well as ensuring its continuous updating.

 Code of Ethics and Conduct

The Code of Ethics and Conduct outlines the principles and behavioral guidelines Italiacamp adheres to, along with the values that inspire our activities and those of our collaborators and partners.

Acting in accordance with these core values means implementing behaviors aimed at generating a positive impact, starting with relationships with clients and partners, resulting in concrete actions and tangible outcomes for the national system.

Violations Reporting

Italiacamp provides a communication channel to ensure the proper receipt and management of reports concerning illegal activities or alleged misconduct, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and the content of the report.

Any communications or reports regarding acts, facts, or behaviors that may constitute or lead to a violation of laws, national regulations, or corporate procedures and standards—potentially impacting the values and principles established in Model 231 and Italiacamp's Code of Ethics and Conduct—can be submitted to the Supervisory Body via the following email address: segnalazioni.odv@italiacamp.com.
