Job posting: Training Project Manager

In this context of innovation and growth, Italiacamp is searching for a Training Project Manager to be assigned the implementation and management of paths and initiatives in the field of Training and Education.
Description and activities
As a Training Project Manager, you will provide support for the design, management and optimisation of training programmes with a data-driven approach, functional to guide evaluation processes and subsequent operational decisions in training. Your main activities will be:
- Training project management: planning, coordinating and monitoring the lifecycle activities of a complex training project, ensuring adherence to set time, budget and objectives
- Analytical strategy & Process optimisation: use of an analytical approach to collect and evaluate data related to the performance (KPIs) and engagement of training initiatives, in order to efficiently respond to external requests and constantly improve the working methodologies adopted
- Stakeholder management: managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the involvement, alignment and satisfaction of all parties involved
Requirements
- Master’s degree (preferred in Economics, Education Sciences or Management Engineering) and eventual certification in Project Management
- 2-5 years of consolidated experience in Project Management, Training, Data Analysis in corporate/consultancy companies or training organisations
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms or experience in database management is a plus
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with particular reference to conducting simultaneous projects
- Strong problem solving, negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
