Job posting: People & Organization Senior Specialist

In this context of innovation and growth, Italiacamp is looking for a People & Organization Senior Specialist to join the HR team to support the management and development processes of Italiacamp’s people. This profile will report directly to the Chief People & Organization Officer

 

Description and activities

People & Organization Senior Specialist will support the management of HR processes in alignment with business goals, with the ambition to integrate different BUs and teams of the organization, creating a unique sense of belonging

The main activities will be:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions,
  • Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce,
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and provide coaching to managers on effective feedback and development plans
  • Training, Development & Engagement: Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth, managing also external vendors and ensuring a positive climate across the organization
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Change Management: Support organizational changes and transitions, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • has gained three to five years of experience on the above areas, in international and/or multinational contexts
  • has excellent listening and dialogue skills, strong problem-solving, time and project management skills, and a pragmatic and operational attitude
  • has excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1) and Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
