In this context of innovation and growth, Italiacamp is looking for a Finance Controller to support the finance, administration, and control area in monitoring projects and assisting the accounting activities.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Finance Controller, you will work closely with Italiacamp's Chief Financial Officer to support projects aimed at synergistically integrating planning tools, as well as analyzing and managing extraordinary group operations. All initiatives are guided by a common denominator: impact, innovation, and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data to feed the strategic planning process
• Conducting market analysis, including customer segments and growth trends
• Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on the function's KPIs
• Assisting the CFO and team leaders in strategy implementation by providing accurate insights into the company's economic/financial performance
• Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Assisting in drafting the financial statements, industrial plans, and business plans
• Monitoring and updating contractual deadlines with clients and suppliers
• Developing income statements for both monthly and annual budgets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification
• Has at least 4 years of work experience in similar roles within dynamic, challenging, and innovative environments
• Possesses an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and essential AFC tools and systems
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
