Job Posting: Account & Hub Consultant

Italiacamp is an organisation that combines profit and non-profit models to offer innovative social impact consulting services, event organisation and transformation of spaces into innovation, networking and training hubs.

In this context of evolution and growth, we are looking for an Account & Hub Consultant for our Milan office to support the operational and commercial management of an innovative Hub. The figure will play a crucial role both in the daily management of the space and in positioning its services on the market. 

Description and activities

As an Account & Hub Consultant, you will report directly to the Project & Hub Manager, managing activities related to events, networking, and Hub infrastructure.

Main responsibilities

  • Acquisition: sourcing new customers and business opportunities through research and networking activities, aimed at directing and finalizing agreements reached
  • Customer Management: maintaining loyalty among existing contacts and identifying new business opportunities within your customer portfolio
  • Hub Management: overseeing operational needs related to space management, also supporting related administrative processes and managing relations with all stakeholders involved
  • Project & Events Management: participating in the organization of events, from the operational and logistical phase to the development and supervision of related activities, defining and delivering a service proposal consistent with the mission, commercial strategy, and customer needs.
  • Reporting: producing monthly reports on the hub's overall activity, monitoring the achievement of set budget targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in commercial and space management roles
  • Participation and/or organization of institutional and/or training events
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude for teamwork, functional to synergistic collaboration for the achievement of common goals
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and financial acumen
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in major digital tools (MS365, project management platforms).
