Italiacamp and FIR Renew Their Partnership to Strengthen the Social and Environmental Impact of Rugby in Italy.

Italiacamp and the Italian Rugby Federation (FIR) are strengthening their collaboration for the third consecutive year, renewing their commitment through an impact partnership aimed at enhancing the social and environmental impact of rugby in Italy.

FIR continues its journey of sustainability and inclusion, implementing concrete initiatives for the well-being of fans, communities, and territories. Italiacamp, always committed to generating and measuring social impact, continues to support the Federation in the impact assessment and enhancement of its activities.

Teamwork, determination, and fair play: rugby is not just a sport, but also a tool for societal growth. For this reason, Italiacamp will conduct an analysis of the social and economic impact of the Six Nations 2025, monitoring the tangible benefits of the activities promoted by FIR, both on and off the field, and demonstrating the importance of sport as a lever for community development.

Founded in 1928, the Italian Rugby Federation is the governing body of rugby in Italy and part of the group of the world's most important rugby federations (World Rugby Tier 1). Its purpose is to promote, regulate, and develop the game of rugby in Italy, to implement player and coach training programs, and to promote and maintain relations with international rugby associations.

This year, the Six Nations celebrates its 25th anniversary in Italy, a milestone that extends beyond the playing field, marking a quarter-century of emotions, inclusion, and collective growth. Over the years, the tournament has established itself as a unique opportunity for aggregation and sharing, capable of uniting cultures and traditions through the passion for rugby.

Beyond the sporting aspect, the Six Nations has distinguished itself for its commitment to virtuous choices, from promoting social inclusion initiatives to focusing on environmental sustainability, contributing to a lasting positive impact on people and territories.

In this context, Italiacamp reaffirms its role as a strategic partner for impact measurement and the development of high social value projects. The collaboration between the two entities is an example of how sport can be a driver of positive change for society.

"The Six Nations represents a great opportunity for the territory and the entire community. In past years, it has already proven to be an engine of growth, inclusion, and development for society. For this reason, we are happy to support FIR in generating and evaluating the impact, contributing to making the social and economic value of their activities tangible," stated Fabrizio Sammarco, CEO of Italiacamp.

"The Six Nations is one of the jewels of international sport," declared Andrea Duodo, President of FIR, "and an incredible means of promoting the unique values that characterize our Game. Being able to concretely measure, thanks to the collaboration with Italiacamp, the real impact that through the organization of this event we manage to generate for all the stakeholders involved is a powerful tool for enhancement."
