Italiacamp is an Impact Organization that promotes economic and social development through collaboration with numerous public and private partners. It is involved in business development projects, the enhancement of Made in Italy excellence, educational and professional training, and specialized consulting in sustainability and impact management. Headquartered in Rome and Milan, Italiacamp is also active in international markets through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO, based in Dubai, which manages the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.

As part of our growing internationalisation path, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our team in the "Made in Italy Week 2026" initiative, an important strategic leverage for positioning our organization in the UAE. The figure will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing activities, working in continuous synergy with the Dubai team to ensure consistency, effectiveness and impact of actions in both contexts.

Main responsibilities

• Strategic and management planning: define, structure, and implement the operational model for the event, ensuring its sustainability and effectiveness, in constant dialogue with the Emirati team.
• Business development and stakeholder engagement: map and engage public institutions, companies, universities and other key actors, with the aim of establishing partnerships, sponsorships and strategic synergies with important national and international stakeholders.
• Fundraising and promotion: contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising and promotional activities.
• Project alignment: continuous partnership with the counterpart in the UAE to ensure consistency of actions between Italy and Dubai.
• Reporting: produce summary documents, institutional briefings and activity progress reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management and/or organizing international events.
• Participation and/or structuring of international projects and sponsorships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in major digital tools (MS365, project management platforms).

Location: Italy
Contract: minimum 10 months, freelance with success fees
