Job posting: EU Project Designer for Italiacamp ETS

Italiacamp is an organization that combines profit and non-profit models to offer innovative services in social impact consulting, event organization, and the transformation of spaces into hub for innovation, networking and training.
For our non-profit association, Italiacamp ETS, we are looking for a freelance EU Project Designer on a consultancy basis, to be involved in the writing and management of projects funded by European programs, particularly CERV, Interreg, and Erasmus+. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying funding opportunities, developing project proposals, and managing partnerships, contributing to the evolution and strengthening of the association’s project activities.
Main responsibilities
The main activities will include:
- Tenders monitoring: identifying European, national, and regional funding opportunities, with a focus on CERV, Interreg, and Erasmus+ programs.
- Project design and submission: developing and submitting project proposals in partership with public and private entities, both nationally and internationally.
- Project management: coordinating the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of funded projects, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and reporting deadlines.
- Partnership development: building and strengthening networks with institutions, universities, businesses, and third-sector organizations.
- Internal consulting: providing strategic support to Italiacamp teams to align with European priorities and funding.
- Reporting and communication: producing summaries and dissemination materials to support project activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- A Master’s degree.
- Solid experience (2-3 years) in writing and managing projects funded by European programs, with specific experience in CERV, Interreg, and Erasmus+.
- Excellent knowledge of European funding mechanisms, tenders evaluation criteria, and application processes.
- Experience in administrative management and financial reporting of funded projects, with the ability to interact with funding authorities.
- Ability to work in team and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and digital tools for project management.
