On Wednesday, July 24, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Italiacamp Srl approved the 2025 Integrated Report.

On Wednesday, July 24, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Italiacamp Srl was held. Representatives of Associazione Italiacamp ETS, Poste Italiane, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Invitalia, TIM, RCS MediaGroup and Unipol Assicurazioni Spa approved the 2025 Integrated Report.
The 2025 Integrated Report
Italiacamp presents its 2025 Integrated Report, a document that marks a new stage of maturity in the organization’s journey. This moment is not merely the summary of an accounting year; it is an opportunity to tell the story of an evolution that, over time, has strengthened Italiacamp’s identity, operating model and ability to generate shared value.
The year 2025 reflects an organization that fully inhabits its role: a platform capable of connecting institutions, companies, territories and people, turning relationships, skills and projects into tangible impact.
In a present marked by complex tensions between growth and sustainability, global reach and local rootedness, technological speed and human time, Italiacamp continues to work in the space where these dimensions meet. It is in this space that value can be generated, by turning constraints, fractures and challenges into alliances, solutions and new development trajectories.
The 2025 Integrated Report captures this ability through the presentation of results, the description of activities and the analysis of the impact generated. Above all, however, the document also aims to describe and remind us of the method that made all this possible. For Italiacamp, reporting means giving shape to a responsibility: measuring the value generated, making it understandable and using it as a basis to guide future choices.
Generated Value
The Integrated Report certifies, for 2024, a production value of €5,794,933, with an EBITDA margin of 14%, up 7% compared to 2024. During the year, Italiacamp’s activities generated economic value for stakeholders and created value for the wider ecosystem, producing a direct, indirect and induced economic impact of €13.8 million.
Considering the ratio between the economic impact generated and the value of Shareholders’ investments, every euro invested in Italiacamp generated, through the organization’s activities, €20.9 of economic impact for the reference ecosystem in 2025, up 20.6% compared to 2024.
Relational capital continues to be a strategic asset for Italiacamp, essential to the development of the activities carried out across all the organization’s operational areas. The network of stakeholders with whom and for whom Italiacamp builds value-driven projects continues to grow and, to date, includes 398 organizations and professionals.
Italiacamp continues its commitment to promoting education and dissemination on impact-related topics. With this goal, throughout 2025 the organization delivered 234 hours of training, generating an estimated economic value of €34,144 through education on the impact economy.
2025 was also the year in which the Essere PA project was launched. Promoted by the Department of Public Administration, the programme aims to strengthen the soft skills of public employees through three learning paths that combine a humanistic approach, practical tools and knowledge related to Artificial Intelligence. The programme recorded 2,449 classroom attendances across 88 training editions, generating an estimated value of €2.2 million in terms of skills development.
Willing Doers
The 2025 Integrated Report also opens a new phase in Italiacamp’s journey, guided by the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, “Willing Doers”.
The three-year “Connecting the Dots” plan gave shape to the organization’s ability to build connections between places, skills, projects and stakeholders, helping to launch the internationalization path that led to the opening of the Hubs for Made in Italy in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The new plan shifts the focus to the substance of action: people and their ability to turn vision, method and responsibility into concrete action. Being “Willing Doers” means not merely imagining change, but taking on the task of understanding it, guiding it and making it real. It means holding together intention and action, the desire for the future and the ability to build it, navigating complexity without giving up on design and project-making.
From this perspective, the new Strategic Plan confirms the central role of the human dimension as a distinctive factor in the impact generated by Italiacamp. From the opening of L’Opificio in Rome to the strengthening of its presence in the United Arab Emirates, and through its role as advisor to institutions, companies and territories, the organization continues to base its growth on a precise balance: an impact-driven vision supported by rigorous daily practice.
With “Willing Doers”, Italiacamp looks to the 2026–2028 period by choosing an ethics of action: transforming uncertainty into project strategy, relationships into value, and today’s challenges into new opportunities for shared development.
