2025 Social Report of Associazione Italiacamp ETS

On 25 June 2026, the Members’ Assembly approved the third Social Report of Associazione Italiacamp ETS, the majority stakeholder and non-profit soul of Italiacamp srl.
The document is produced on a voluntary basis, with transparency and accountability, to measure the economic and social value generated for the country.
Projects and impact
The 2025 Social Report places education at the heart of inclusion and knowledge as a response to communities’ needs. The Association’s activities are guided by two main directions: closing the gap between schools and the world of work through the development of new skills for young people, and promoting employment inclusion and entrepreneurship – particularly among the most vulnerable segments of society.
In 2025, the Association reached over 160 partners across businesses, associations, institutions and schools, engaging 5,800 beneficiaries in 9 impact-driven projects across Italy. In response to the organisation’s growing international ambitions, Associazione Italiacamp also developed its first projects abroad, in partnership with Italiacamp EMEA.
Key projects:
- EPAS – European Parliament Ambassador School Programme: meetings and testimonials in schools to share the values, history and workings of the European Union.
- Non è Mai Troppo Tardi: a reskilling and upskilling programme aimed at developing digital skills applied to logistics and infrastructure, while strengthening the soft skills needed to enter the labour market.
- Materia Grigia: STEM skills training for younger generations, with a focus on sustainability and challenging the gender bias that has historically associated these disciplines with men.
- Casa della Toscana e formazione studenti a Dubai: a project to support small and medium-sized enterprises from Tuscany and university students within Italiacamp’s Hub for Made in Italy in Dubai.
- Space Camp – Dai Banchi alle Stelle: an immersive programme guiding young students from Abruzzo in exploring STEM careers, with a focus on the aerospace sector.
The spirit of the Association
Associazione Italiacamp is a network of people, expertise and perspectives – a bridge between individuals and communities, capable of connecting centres and peripheries, not only geographic, but also economic and social.
In 2025, the Association’s membership continued to grow, recording a 19.8% increase compared to 2024, as of 31 December 2025, it comprises 212 members, 77% of whom are under 50, and – reflecting the organisation’s increasingly international outlook – 10% are based abroad.
Looking ahead to 2026
With the inauguration of the new Council, elected in February 2026, Associazione Italiacamp ETS enters a strategic phase of renewal and consolidation of its associative and project-based model.
In a context marked by profound social, economic, environmental and technological change, the new Council faces challenges of the utmost importance: strengthening long-term organisational sustainability, broadening the network of partnerships with banking foundations, public institutions and private actors, and developing high social impact initiatives for communities, individuals and territories.
