The first stage of the
More than Pink road tour will be held in
Cagliari during the
ItaliaCamp Association’s Assembly.
The "More than Pink" Award is an initiative of Susan G. Komen Italia and the ItaliaCamp Association, in collaboration with the Polo di Scienze della Salute della Donna e del Bambino della Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Gemelli in Rome (Women and Child’s Health Sciences Cluster of the Policlinico Gemelli Foundation), that promotes the emergence, dissemination and valorization of innovative practices and projects in the field of women's health.
The
main topics of the award are:
business welfare,
education, and
innovative technologies or services, in which the award aims to stimulate the development and implementation of new projects. After “Think for Women's Health”, "More than Pink" is the second step of the collaboration between the three partners. The project was launched between 2016 and 2017 and it involves 90 organizations and 210 participants, to enhance the emergence of 8 priorities for Women health protection and 16 innovative practices in the field, which can be consulted at this link.
The Cagliari will be the first stage of the road tour and will focus on
Innovation, with the aim to promote the emergence of
innovative technologies,
products and
services to improve cures and protect women's health care.
