Understanding for Change: Generational Replacement in a Company
The ItaliaCamp Association will participate, on Saturday May 27, at a high-level trainingmeeting organized by Unindustria Treviso with the collaboration of the Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori, in which will be discussed the topic of the generational succession in the company.
The main topic will be, how to defend your role in the field and how to succeed in getting your own space and responsibilities? How can each generation combine attitudes, skills, merit?

The meeting is part of the 2017 edition of Understanding for Change a series of training initiatives designed and implemented for entrepreneurs and their collaborators. A large event that will contain joint meetings with a single aim: helping entrepreneurs and collaborators to "understand" as an indispensable principle to initiate changes in their actions and in their businesses. This year the meetings resumed in February with a real Theater Shot: a stage on which were represented the mental and cultural mechanisms through which an individual opens or not to the idea of understanding for changing, how to face it and handle it.
